The Fitness Connection’s Comprehensive Weight Loss Program
If there is one thing I've learned in all my years as a trainer, it's that most women do not care to be on display working out at a crowded gym. Even I do not care for it. This is why I created the unique group training at The Fitness Connection. It's private. You are in a group with a maximum of 7 other women and a certain bond quickly develops making the work-out fun (Hard - but fun!) and motivating you to keep coming and not skip workouts.

Another thing I've learned is that some women – particularly those who would like to lose 50 or more pounds – would like a more comprehensive program to help them shed the weight they would like to lose. With that need in mind, I'm now offering a scientifically designed small group fitness program designed to boost your metabolism, decrease injuries, increase your strength and function better with your daily activities. And best of all! You will lose weight!

This program runs for 6 weeks. The group meets 3x a week and the cost is $700. You will be grouped with up to 5 other women with similar goals. Each time we meet, you will get a full body strength training work-out coupled with a cardio workout customized for your fitness level. In addition, You will be coached on how to eat really great food and lose weight at the same time.

In addition to the 3 workouts each week, I will also address a new topic weekly to educate you on how to lose weight and keep it off. Topics will range from how to eat clean, to great recipes, to label reading, amongst other important issues.

While the program will address all of the above, it's so much more because you have access to me whenever you need me. Between email, phone calls and talking things out during/after each time we meet, you can really stay on task. I have a wealth of information to share and the expertise, tools and experience to show you how to stay the course to your goal weight. Exercise and eating properly are the keys to losing pounds but my coaching will lead you through this sometimes difficult journey and get you started on a fitter, stronger and leaner you.

The program meets for one hour on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 9:15am. The first meeting is a 2 hour meeting. I have blocked out time after each meeting to discuss anything you need to talk about.
